Individual Therapy

As holistic practitioners, we utilize several modalities in our therapy. We start from a relational-cultural theory. We believe that relationships can help us heal from life's difficulties and traumatic experiences. As appropriate, we incorporate polyvagal, psychodynamic, CBT, and attachment theories in our work. We specialize in working with women and girls who have experienced family disruption, intimate partner violence, and court involvement.
Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a supportive space for families to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges in healthy, constructive ways. Grounded in trauma-informed and systems-based approaches, sessions focus on understanding family patterns, improving problem-solving, and fostering empathy between members of the family system. The process helps families enhance connection, reduce conflict, and build resilience while supporting the emotional health of both children and adults.

When reunification with estranged or distant family members is a therapeutic goal, sessions are carefully structured to prioritize each child’s emotional safety, readiness, and pace. Through guided communication, trauma-sensitive interventions, and collaboration with involved professionals, therapy aims to repair strained relationships and restore a sense of stability within the family system. The focus remains on creating safe, supportive interactions that rebuild trust and help each family member move toward healing and healthy reconnection. Collaboration with all involved professionals ensures that reunification occurs in a safe, supportive, and sustainable way.
Co-Parent Counseling

Co-parent counseling helps separated or divorced parents strengthen their communication and collaboration to better support their children’s well-being. Sessions focus on reducing conflict, establishing consistent parenting practices, and creating healthy boundaries that allow children to thrive between homes. With a trauma-informed and family-systems perspective, co-parent counseling empowers parents to shift from conflict to cooperation—keeping the focus where it belongs: on the needs and stability of their children.
