Meet Abigail

As a social worker, I truly believe in the power of relationships. My approach is relationship-based, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming—built on trust, respect, and each person’s unique story. I especially love working with kids and teens who think deeply, feel big feelings, or see the world a little differently.

I believe in meeting people where they are, not where we think they should be. Together, we work to understand how their brain works, build tools and confidence, and create the support they need to thrive in a way that feels authentic to who they are. Most importantly, I help them find and claim their voice.

We all have our own stories. My job isn’t to tell you what yours should be — it’s to help you understand and claim your story so you can be the one writing it.

“You should think of your energy as if it's expensive. As if it's like a luxury item. Not everyone can afford it.” — Taylor Swift
